Roger has spent more than 55 years in Private Equity.

His focus is on Group Strategy.

David Llewellyn

CEO
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC in 2003.

Joined CriSeren in 2005 and has been CEO since 2015.

Chris Llewellyn

CSR
Chris qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and founded the independent CriSeren Foundation in 2013.

He has been a director of CriSeren since 2005.

Jeremy Beard

Independent
Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant, now retired as Managing Partner of HaysMac.

He is an independent advisor to the group.

Helen Hayes

Financial Controller
Helen qualified as an accountant in 2003.

She joined CriSeren in 2016 as Group Financial Controller.

Will graduated in Business Management from Cardiff University in 2021.

He is working across CriSeren unquoted and quoted acquisitions.
